As a Loan Processing Coordinator at Guaranty Federal Mortgage, I’ve honed my skills in researching and calculating applicant credit status and assessing client eligibility based on their current financial position. I meticulously review loan applications to ensure all data is complete and meets industry standards.

I manage the ordering of essential property and loan documentation, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, and property tax records. I also create repayment plans and guide clients in finding loans that best suit their needs. 

Additionally, I managed the post-closing process, ensuring that all loan conditions were met, documents were accurately recorded, and compliance standards were upheld. Acting as a liaison between applicants, loan officers, and underwriters, I played a key role in moving loans efficiently through the entire process from application to post-closing.
